Contact us following the instructions on this page if you are working for Law Enforcement and investigating an incident where a XeroBank client might be involved. Note that XeroBank does not create logs of user activities unless they violate the XeroBank terms of service or appear malicious.
WARNING: The information on this page is meant exclusively for Law Enforcement contact in case of investigations. All views on this page are logged and inquest submissions of persons or groups not working for LE will result in investigations against the submitter. Encrypted email is required. Sending unencrypted information concerning an investigation can result in leakage as well as possible criminal and civil consequences for any law enforcement agent or agency. If you cannot encrypt email with PGP you may not send us email related to any ongoing investigations. Should your investigation conflict with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, or is a clandestine intelligence request, or should you fail to produce credible evidence or reasonable and substantial suspicion we will file an according complaint.
To Initiate an Inquest please send an email to our law enforcement contact at leo@xerobank.com using this PGP key. Please make sure to attach your own PGP key and sign the message.
The following information must be included in your message to us:
- Your organization, and organization type (police, investigation, intelligence).
- Your department and office or division
- Full postal contact address for your office.
- Officer/agent name, rank and position.
- Telephone and fax number.
- Office hours or hours of preferred contact.
- Faxed or scanned copy of your agency identification card or identity document.
- Time of connection initiation converted UTC time zone.
- Case number of the investigation
- IP address of destination. Host names not acceptable.
- Numeric destination port of connection.
- IP address of source. Host names not acceptable.
- Numeric source port of connection.
- Protocol used (TCP, UDP).
- Formal and factual description of incident, including reference to laws broken and applicable for your jurisdiction.
On review of the information sent we will validate the contact details provided by you. You will then be called back by our law enforcement contact with the necessary information, if such information exists. Please be prepared to fax us above data with the official letter head of your department on request. Be advised that in most cases we will only initiate short retention of the of available data and require a court order from the applicable court (Criminal Court, Panama City, Republic of Panama). Some XeroBank clients may be diplomats, governments, and IGOs, and therefore may be protected under diplotic immunity, head of state immunity, or sovereign immunity. In such situations, inquests will not be possible without court order from the International Criminal Court. We are only able to answer directly in a proven life-or-death situation.
